What flotation equipment do you offer?

We supply Denver DR, Denver Sub-A, and Wemco flotation mechanisms and complete cells from approximately 20 to 5,650 cubic feet, including rougher, cleaner, and scavenger duty banks.

Do you sell complete flotation cells or mechanisms only?

Both. We provide mechanisms only or complete cells with tanks, rotors, stators, drives, sheave wheels, V-belts, intake and discharge tanks, and motors, per customer requirements.

Are units inspected or rebuilt before shipment?

Yes. Equipment is inspected in Arizona. Depending on availability, we offer used, rebuilt, and new mechanisms; rebuild scope can include rotors, stators, shafts, bearings, and hardware.

Which Denver DR sizes are available?

Common DR sizes include ~25, 40, 50, 100, 160, 300, and 500 cu ft (e.g., DR 18/21/24/30/160/300/500). Inventory varies—ask for current stock.

Which Denver Sub-A sizes are available?

Typical Sub-A sizes include #18 Special (24 cu ft), #21 (40 cu ft), #24 (50 cu ft), and #30 (100 cu ft), subject to availability.

Which Wemco models and capacities are available?

Wemco models commonly include 44 (20 cu ft), 56 (35), 66 (60), 66D (100), 84 (150), 120 (300), 144 (500), 750 (750), 164 (1,000), 190 (1,500), 2500 (2,500), 225 (3,000), 3500 (3,500), 4500 (4,500), and 5650 (5,650), subject to stock.

Can you provide complete flotation banks?

Yes. We assemble banks for rougher, cleaner, and scavenger circuits—commonly banks of 4 or 2 cells—with coordinated drives, piping interfaces, and discharge arrangements.

Do you supply spares and wear parts?

Yes. We can supply rotors, stators (rubber or urethane where applicable), shafts, bearings, sheaves, belts, motor bases, and hardware kits for Denver and Wemco styles.

Do units include motors, gearboxes, and electricals?

Motors, gearboxes, sheaves, and V-belts can be included on request. We can also match motor horsepower and speed to the mechanism and cell duty.

Can you help with selection and compatibility?

Yes. We can align mechanism model, rotor/stator, and drive with your required cell volume, pulp density, air rate, and duty (rougher/cleaner/scavenger).

Where is the equipment located and do you ship internationally?

Inventory is inspected and stocked in Arizona, USA. We arrange domestic and international shipments, including Mexico, Canada, and South America.

What are typical lead times?

In-stock mechanisms can ship quickly after inspection and prep. Rebuilds or complete banks require additional lead time for parts, assembly, and testing.

Do you offer documentation and testing support?

Upon request, we can provide basic inspection notes, photos, and component lists. Test run options and additional QA documentation may be available depending on scope.

How do I request a quote or inspection?

Contact us with your required capacity, duty, voltage/motor specs, and whether you need mechanisms only or complete cells. We can arrange inspection in Arizona and provide a formal quotation.
